Sparassis crispa is a functional mushroom containing the ingredients for maintenance of good health, such as β-glucan, etc. and the ingredients essential for body such as amino acids and dietary fiber.Since cultivation is difficult and the supply is limited, this mushroom has been handled as a high class material. In this supplement, only Sparassis crispa (LB-Scr) produced in-house in Yamanashi Prefecture has been used.
